Watch for classes coming summer of 2010!
 
Classes offered include Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Tap and Tumbling. 
 
Mommy & Me classes are back for children 1 to 3.  Classes begin June 10.
 
Also, to improve in the style you already study, try one of our technique classes.  It is easy for a dancer’s body to get out of shape over the summer; take a class to keep that from happening!  Classes available are:
 
Strength & Flexibility Class
This class will focus on exercises to spot train parts of a dancer’s body for greater strength,
flexibility, and body control.  Some movements that will receive attention are freestyle posing and
others requiring upper body strength.  No choreography will be taught; this is strictly for training.
 
Jazz Technique Class
This class focuses on improving a student’s technique on turns, leaps, & jumps.  We will work to
improve your dance vocabulary and skills.  No choreography will be taught during these classes, it
is strictly for training your body.
